Co-Founded by Kate & Christopher Bennett in 2021, HectiQ aspires to become the most remarkable talent management agency in North America by 2026.
Meet The Team
Christopher Ian Bennett
Founder, Principal Agent
Christopher has worked with some of North America’s top brands, including Best Buy, Guitar Center, TED and T-Mobile. In 2015, Bennett became one of the youngest Executive Creative Directors in the Fortune 500 as he helped build and lead YellowFan Studios for Sprint / T-Mobile prior to their historic merger.
From there he went on to become the Executive Producer & Head of Marketing at the award-winning Vancouver Film School until 2020 when he accepted the role of President & Chief Marketing Officer for global brand Casting Workbook. After several years of working closely with top Casting Directors and industry influencers, he decided to bring his longtime business dream to life and launched HectiQ Artists Talent Management with an eye to representing the most remarkable talent across Canada & the US.
Kate Bennett
Founder, Principal Agent
Agency Co-Founder and Principal Agent Kate Bennett is born and bred in Hollywood North. Having attended Capilano University, Kate has worked hard to build relationships across the industry in both Canada and The US. Working closely with every client as both an official agent and also a dedicated talent Manager, she works passionately to advise and provide essential career counsel to HectiQ artists’ across the Film, Television and Commercial divisions.
Denisa Annusova
Agency Partner & Principal Agent
Denisa Annusova hails originally from Slovakia. Denisa began her career in management in 2019, having previously worked for one North America’s Top modeling and talent management agencies in Toronto.
From 2019 to 2024, Denisa excelled as a dedicated talent scout. She expertly consulted, advised, and showcased her clients' unique abilities, playing an instrumental role in their career achievements across the Film, Television and Commercial divisions.
Denisa's academic journey was equally impressive, having earned a Business & Marketing MBA from Collegium Humanum at Warsaw University. Subsequently, she went on to obtain her International Relations & Diplomacy Master's Degree from the University of International & Public Relations in Prague.
Clayton McRae
Agency Partner & Principal Agent
Agency Partner & Principal Agent Clayton McRae's passion for acting began at age 11 when a chance encounter at a workshop in Vancouver led him to sign with an agency. Despite a winding path that included starting a family and pursuing various jobs, Clayton's dedication to the craft remained unwavering.
In 2021, an industry mentor's advice led him to explore roles behind the scenes, which eventually culminated in assisting his agent and discovering a new calling. Realizing his true purpose was to support actors in achieving their dreams, Clayton transitioned from acting to talent management.
In 2023, he became a licensed agent and founded his own agency prior to the merger with HectiQ Artists Agency . Clayton's journey brought him to HectiQ Artists, where he found a synergistic partnership. Representing clients across Canada, Clayton’s experience and comprehensive industry background make him an amazing agent to both new and experienced actors alike.
Savannah Gibbs
Agency Partner & Principal Agent
Agency Partner & Principal Agent Savannah Gibbs has worked in the entertainment industry since the age of 5 where she took her first steps onto a TV commercial set. From that moment on, she was captivated by the magic of storytelling and the power of performance. For over 15 years Savannah was a working actress, sharing the screen with some of her iconic acting heroes such as Angelina Jolie, Jack O'Connell, and Domhnall Gleeson.
Driven by her passion for the industry she moved from Sydney, Australia, to Vancouver where she immersed herself in every aspect of film and television production, gaining invaluable insights into how the business works.
With a wealth of experience and a love for actors, she made the transition from performer to agent, leveraging everything she learnt to become “The kind of Talent Agent she always wished she had”. Her mission is simple: to be an unwavering support system that guides her clients towards their fullest potential and career momentum. For her, it's more than just securing roles; it's about genuine connections and nurturing careers.
